Carrot Salad

Everyone's favorite picnic salad. Carrots mixed with pineapple, miniature marshmallows, raisins, celery, and tossed in a creamy salad dressing.
Ingredients -
3 cups julienne Carrots
1 (20 ounces) can Pineapple Tidbits, drained
1 cup Miniature Marshmallows
1/ 2 cup Raisins
1/2 cup diced Celery
2/3 cup Creamy Salad Dressing
2 teaspoons White Sugar
 
Preparation:

1. Toss carrots, pineapple tidbits, marshmallows, raisins, and celery in a large bowl.

2. Whisk salad dressing and sugar together in small bowl.

3. Pour over carrot salad and toss to combine.

4. Chill at least 12 hours.

Slice up regular marshmallows as a substitute for the mini ones, if necessary.
