1. Cut an "X" into base of each Brussel sprout.
2. Steam sprouts for 7-10 minutes over boiling water. Do not overcook. Drain well in colander.
3. Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in coarse mustard and fresh lemon juice.
4. Toss sprouts with sauce.
5. Serve hot. Top with grated lemon zest.
