Avocado And Jalapeno Dip

Avocado, tomatillos, cream cheese, jalapeno peppers, garlic and cilantro with tomatoes and green onions. Blended until smooth and served chilled.
Ingredients -
1 Avocado
8 ounces Cream Cheese
6-8 Fresh Jalapeno Peppers
6 Tomatillos
2 cloves Garlic
Cilantro
2 Roma Tomatoes, chopped
4 Green Onions, chopped
 
Preparation:

1. Add tomatillos to sauce pan. Cover with water. Bring to a boil.

2. Boil a few minutes to soften tomatillos.

3. Add tomatillos, avocado, cream cheese, jalapeno peppers, garlic and cilantro to food processor. Pulse to desired consistency.

4. Remove mixture to serving bowl.

5. Stir in tomatoes and green onions.

6. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
