1. Add tomatillos to sauce pan. Cover with water. Bring to a boil.
2. Boil a few minutes to soften tomatillos.
3. Add tomatillos, avocado, cream cheese, jalapeno peppers, garlic and cilantro to food processor. Pulse to desired consistency.
4. Remove mixture to serving bowl.
5. Stir in tomatoes and green onions.
6. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
